We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team and help us continue to deliver an excellent
client experience as we help customers build and grow their businesses.
In this role, you would be responsible for managing and elevating client relationships, proactively
handling account issues, and taking ownership of retention and upsell opportunities.

In this role you would:
• Establish robust relationships with customers in your book of business
• Conduct regular communication through calls, emails, and client visits, with occasional
participation in trade shows and industry events to cultivate valuable relationships
• Proactively address and guide resolution for client issues
• Own annual subscription renewals
• Identify additional areas we could serve the customer, and drive upsell opportunities
within your book of business
• Effectively represent customer goals and needs back to the Koble team
